Imagine having no change of clothes, no warm coat and only one pair of knickers to your name.

Imagine doing without nappies for your baby or sanitary protection for yourself.

Imagine relying on charity to eat or get on a bus.

What do we do?

• Organise specific appeals eg. Shoes, sanitary towels
  

• Run a weekly refugee Mum and Tots group

Who needs our help?

Destitute refugees and asylum seekers attending:
The Helen Bamber Foundation, The New North London Synagogue drop-in centre, Barnet Refugee Service.

How can I help?

Make a small but regular commitment:

•  Start a nappy bank

• Start a Buy One Get One Free (give one away) scheme

• Fundraise: get family/friends to pledge £5 a month for basic necessities.

SOS Emergency Appeal!

Recently we have had two little boys with no clothes or shoes, a woman with just a pair of flip flops in November, many individuals with only the clothing they had on and several babies with no bedding or cots.

Some of the atrocities these people have suffered is beyond heartbreaking. We are told that the impact of our support goes far further than keeping people clothed and has a profound impact on their morale.  Click here to donate to our special appeal.
