Imagine relying on charity to eat, get on a bus, or just make a phone call.                       Unimaginable? Not to Thousands of Destitute Asylum Seekers Today.   Who needs our help? JCORE support helps destitute refugees and asylum seekers through: The Helen Bamber Foundation, The New North London Synagogue drop-in centre, Barnet Refugee Service and others. How can I help? Ongoing destitution needs ongoing solutions. Please help by making a small but regular commitment  - just once every three months - in one of the ways listed below.   £ £ £   Start a nappy bank in your nursery, playgroup or home.     Fundraise   Start a Buy One Give One Scheme 1. Collect those opened, part-used packs of nappies your baby or toddler has grown out of, and get others to do the same.   2. Donate new packs of nappies, and encourage others to donate too.     1. Get your family and friends to pledge up to £5 per month to a fund for basic necessities.   2. Ask your synagogue to donate money or supplies once every three months     1. Buy your underwear, sanitary towels, shampoo and other essentials from shops that offer two packs for one, and donate the freebie.   2. Get five friends to do the same. 3.
