JCORE builds relationships with other ethnic minority
and faith communities. We believe that working together is the best
way to tackle prejudice and discrimination.
In schools
We run twinning projects that bring together
primary schoolchildren from Jewish and other faith and mixed
schools, so they can learn about each others’ cultures through
shared activities.
In the field
We run an Asian-Black-Jewish dialogue group for
professionals that meets six times a year.
In communities
The Connections Exhibition documents the shared
history and experiences of Asian, Black and Jewish people in modern
Britain. Since 2005 it has been seen by over 10,000 visitors across
the UK. The exhibition is free to schools, museums, libraries,
places of worship and community centres. (courier charges apply).
